Resident Fees

Finland ATM 12.2 sent to Luxembourg for post resident on 9th March. There is another Bluxembourg ATM affixed, value is 14$, cancel on 27th March. The postage 14$ was just for domestic letter.
I guess there are two reason that Luxembourg ATM on it,
1, The addressee pay 14$ for post resident fees when he go to post office to pick up the letter, post office affix the ATM and cancel for apporving that cost.
2, When addressee got the letter from Finland, he affix the Luxembourg ATM and resend it again.

France ATM Nr. 9 sent to Belgium on 25th Aug for post resident. There is postage meter on it with date 5th Sep.

If you know the story which addtional local postage on the letter, please just share with us.

Big Sweden

Above cover has Sweden ATM Nr. 1(Frama; value 0.10 and 2.40) and Nr. 2 value 3.50. I like Sweden stamps because of its sculpture art.

Batch Frama covers

Hong Kong registered letter sending to Netherland, with 3 Framas of monkey affixed. Two of them have value 5.00$, which is the highest value available. The sender posted 16 registered covers to same receiver, got above receipt.

Crazy Panda

Black Issue.
Green Issue from Taizhong post office, 22th Nov.
Red and Blue from Taipei post office, 5th Nov.

Taiwan Post Offices issue color ATM so many many times on PANDA motif. Maybe half of label will use color ribbon, not black. As we know the total volume of label is 1.60M. This evet of panda color issue like the show of Flower Expo'2010 in Taipei.

The color evet is after above,
2nd Dec., Green, Fengshan post office;
10th Dec., Blue, Zhanghua post office;
17th Dec., Red, Gaoxiong post office;
17th Dec., Red, Zuoying post office;
18th Dec., Green, Banqiao post office;
30th Dec. - 2th Jan., Red & Green, Zhongli post office;


Let us wait and see how they deal with next issue PEONY, March 2011.

White dot on fish

HK Frama Errors

Horse issue in light ink printing.

Ox issue in blurred printing. Left one is normal, right one is blurred from first day issue of philately service.

Pig issue in uncut. The machine did not cut off the label complete, there is still a little bit connecting in the mid.

Broken Zero

The first ZERO of face value is lower than other digitals, that comes from Philately Service (VS), since issue of Monkey. That is because the top of the ZERO has broken. While the Frama first ZERO have intact top comming from post office (OA).

Top one is VS, bottome is OA of above picture.

Cyprus - New font size

Ordered some ATM from Philately Service last month, they present me one fold with above stamp for Christmas, the star shine silver light, very beautiful.
There are 3 font size on Moufflon ATM from Philately Service, Cyprus since several months ago. Above is the minimum one.
They adjusted the vertical distance of dot by thermal print, that make the value more thorter, also the gap is little more small between value and machine number.

But the width of value has no change, machine number has no change.

The right one is normal, another two is new type. I saw the changes at Internet since early Oct. So I think it happend before Sep. 2010.

DRUG ABUSE

The goat ATM was sent at June 26th 1991 - UN ANTI DRUG ABUSE DAY.

Villeneuve-sur-Lot 2010

VILLENEUVE-SUR-LOT is a small town side by river LOT. France Post issue stamp, postal stationary, and ATM for the evet of 'Youth Collection Passion'. All the gift comes from local temporary post office, very nice.
The bridge is named 'View', seems like. If you access google earth, you can explore 360 degree photoes on the bridge, exciting.
Postal Stationary use the same motif with stamp, but no face value.

Rabbit FDC

HongKong Post issue its first animal sign - Rabbit at 18th July 1987. The first zero of face value is higher than other numbers.

20/09/2010, Faroe Islands Post issue ROWING ATM in machine aCon. Like old issue, there are 4 pictures. Above is the minimum value from post office Torshavn, here we can machine will cut off the strip every 5 labels like Norway.

Cover with 4 labels, each value is 4.00 DKK, sent at 30th Nov., 2010.

ORBIS day is 14th Oct. 1992, issued by Hong Kong post. There is braille alphabet on the cover, but can not be see by scanner. It is my first to find the Braille ATM cover.

Central Government of China presented two pandas (Anan and Jiajia) to Hong Kong on 11th March 1999, and open to public on 18th May. At 25th April Hong Kong post issue special mini sheet for the Panda in Hong Kong.
The flower ATM was sent to Canada, postage 3.10$

Above ATM is Denmark 2010 landscape from post office. Like old issue, the last number of post issue is 0, 1. 2...9, A, B. While one is 0,1, 2...9, A,B...Z.
