Two ATM in one

In the before watched some two different authorities' ATM on one cover, try to make it last year, but lost.

On this rooster ATM of Taiwan, try it again, looks like it works. 

1. Sending the to Portugal for posta restante 

2. Receiver collect it and pay the charge of posta restante service

3. Affix a new Portugal ATM and address label to cover original address 

 Portuguese post office covered the post mark of Taiwan in air label.
