EPERNAY 2012

This ATM was issued on Oct. 20th for MARCOPHILEX XXXVI, the postal history international expo. 


 The program of IER had already got updated, so we can see there are many kinds of mail, different layout.

The post mark is grape, sounds like it is grape and/or wine town.
