Here is is 'First Anniversary of the Cross-strait Direct Mail Service Commemorative Postage Label Folio'. This is the first ATM foler was issued by Taiwan GPO named CHUNGHWA POST CO.,LTD. Ohter pasted (or comming) ATM folder were issued by local post office for stamp fair.

The folder include two complete ATM, pink and black print, total face value is NTD 256$, and enclosed one specimen(rose red print). But official price is NTD 450$, too expensive.

The folder were available on many post offices on the issue day(15th Dec.), but now sounds like is out of order.

On the bottom left, the s/n number is 5 digital on specimen, while 2 letter + 4 digital on common issue.
