MACON POST Quality Service

On my previous article I mentioned the bad service of MACON POST. Several days later I resend the 3 of 6 cards back to MACON POST for cancellation, this time I stuck the ATM on the image side of card myself.
Two days ago I got their reply, see below images. And inside the envelope, they attached 3 same value ATM as compensation.
Here I had to say appreciation to them, they knows the best way to fix. There is one Chinese idiom 'Wang Yang Bu Lao', means better late than never.
I am more confidence to get the quality service from La Poste.
