Left Poppy issue on 2017, marking R17. Right one issued on 2018, marking 'R18'.

Left Queen is 2020, right is 2018.

Global Travel 2024

This Feb. I traveled to UK, then US for customers visiting. Taking a little bit time to fulfill my hobby.

Stayed one hour at London Bridge, so visited one post office near around after lunch. It is just the one I bought ATM last summer. Only some ATM I got for posting letters, so only left 3 above.
The blue HM Queen issue on 2017, black issued on 2020 and 2019. I did not try another two machines, don't know the what the motif is.

Actually I visited another post office around The Regent's Park, but all the ATM machine are closed, the clerk don't want to turn on it.

Travel in UK

This is my first overseas travel since Covid-19, we have very pleased experience in UK. Of source got some ATM there in different machines.

My friend post this letter from Macau to UK, when I got it in UK, I put ATM on it sending to Beijing. The normal Macau stamp is not valid postage, seems like postman forgot to chop 'invalid' stamping.

I got this letter at Swindon, posting at Oxford.

Same process to make this letter, sending from Macau to UK, re-posting from UK to Beijing. The normal Macau stamp is invalid postage, so we can see there is blue cancellation.

The machine cancellation on UK ATM notes 'British Heart Foundation', it is charity org., have many charity stores cross over the country, but its price is a little bit expensive than 'Cancer Research'. The 2 pig ATM were not bought at UK, I brought them from home.

I posted this letter at Thirsk, a small town on north of York city.

The Flag ATM is from my album I bought many years ago, the two HM Queen ATM from local machine I visited.

The Poppy ATM is available in London when I stay there in July 2023.

Also I posted letters from China to UK, unfortunately lost 2.

This letter receiving address is Birmingham, the 2 ATMs I got in London, one is Robin, another is Throne.

This letter sending to Edinburgh, but I still not got it till I check  out. So the front desk people return it to sender when they got the mails.

Because it is postage due in Macau, so the sender have to pay when the letter returned to sender. The blue squre stamping is showing the fees, including postage due $1, handling fee $6.5

Messe Essen 2015

Messen Essen was held during 7-9th May, it is philately expo event in Essen, Germany.
Supposed the two letters were handed to the booth of Royal Mail in the event, and Royal Mail package it, posted in Great Brain after they came back home.
So we can the the date of cancellation is July 1st.

The barcode printed on the bag of covering two letters, and even sealed right after cancel, you can see the blur of cancellation on bag and ATM.

SPRING STAMPEX 2013

Not only the Ponds issue, Royal Mail also issued new Machin ATM. The image is same to current design but two differences.
1)Color is blue, not gray.
2)Used the same pattern of ROYAL MAI2' like the latest Robin for last Christmas.

Hytech C2 from Philately Service.

Hytech A4 from local imprint of Stampex 2013. The text '2nd Class/Large' is align with 'up to 100g' on left, not middle like C2.

This imprint is for the coronation 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II, on Feb. 20th at Stampex 2013.

Special Error from UK

All the fonts should be small on the Machin faststamp from machine at Bristol. But the words 'Up to 10g' is still large font, very interesting errors, how the program make it.
Another error is serial number, there is big gap between  first 6 digits and the 7th.

As we know the large font was end of life since the first animal issued on 2010. But sometimes, collectors still can get large font on faststamps. Obviosly the serial number had overlay, on postage rate 'Worldwide Up to 10g' it missing 'Up to 10g'. The another interesting error is label 'Worldwide Up to 40g', the text 'Up to 40g' is small font, different from others. When Royal Mail initiate the Post & Go service several years ago, there is no rate 'Worldwide Up to 40g', so if customer want to get this rate and in chance system loads large fonts, it can print small fonts for this type.

Union Flag had the same erros as Machin.

Pig and Cattle issues used wrong font, it is large type, should be small. And overlay serial number.

This Cattle(Highland) issue have same errors as above Pig, and more it missing text 'Up to 10g' under 'Worldwide'.
