End of last month I traveled to Taiwan for biz, and made some covers with local ATM. Basically I want to buy some black bear ATM, but failed like I experienced two years ago, most post office have the Formosa Deer ATM.
It is very interesting, I got the Ram ATM at Da'an post office in Taipei which I got the same issue 2 years ago at this place. I posted this letter at Taisu post office closed to TI office where I visited.

Blue Monkey

Taiwan Post used blue printing on monkey ATM at 26/5/2017 for special event, it is the first time to use blue printing on monkey ATM since it issued last year.

Sika Deer

Taiwan Post issued Formosa Sika Deer on 17/5/2017, same day with Macau issuing rooster ATM. It is for Rocupex 2017, with 4 different colors like usual.

Two ATM in one

In the before watched some two different authorities' ATM on one cover, try to make it last year, but lost.

On this rooster ATM of Taiwan, try it again, looks like it works.

1. Sending the to Portugal for posta restante

2. Receiver collect it and pay the charge of posta restante service

3. Affix a new Portugal ATM and address label to cover original address

Portuguese post office covered the post mark of Taiwan in air label.

Taiwan Rooster ATM to Iran

Taiwan rooster ATM FDC 2/23/2017 sending to Iran.

The bar code of Iran on the backside is total different from printed on other countries.

Taiwan Rooster Year

On 23th Feb. 2017, Taiwan Post issued year of rooster ATM, implement black, red, and green print at that day.

The green print is available at the Taidong Malan (east of Taiwan) Post Office only, machine number is 147.

The red print is available from Taipei Beimen post office, two machine 100 and 106.

Blue Bird

Taiwan Post issued the latest ATM Blue Bird on 21th Oct. 2016, for World Stamp Exhibition 2016 at Taipei.
There are colors on the first day, black, blue, red, and green.
