Return of Tulips

On early of this Jan. Nederland Post returned its automation of post service thru adapting same hytech machine like GB operated today.
The main difference is Holland used vertical alignment SN, while GB used horizontal.

 There are two motifs, blue butterfly and tulip which I liked mostly.

The country name is printed in the middle: NEDERLAND
Letter type : 1, is the only available, including domestic and 'INTERNATIONAL'

SN, For example : C3NL17NL03-0857-002
===C: roll C
===3: printed on March
===NL: Nederland
===17: printed on 2017
===NL03: machine number
===0857: session number
===002: sequence number

Extra text for event, for example : Den Haag

 It is interesting the mark 'PRIORITY' is on 'tulip' only.

 Above is receipt of purchase.

First day cover issued for Hilversum 2017 on 28/01/2017

Beijing International Stamp&Coin Expo. 2012

 The fair take from Nov. 2nd to 4th at Beijing, many agencies comes for coins rather than stamps to sell. If you have official ticket, you can buy sepcial souvenir sheet issue for the fair. News say the ticket is over 100 RMB(12.5 Euro) by scalpers. If you don't have it, you still can get entrance to visit the expo. It is first time to visit any stamp fair in my life for free.
There is no such many stamps agency from overseas. Here is the list, Nordic Post(Danmark, Iceland, Sweden, Faroe, Aland, Greenland, Finland, they combined one booth.), Austria Post, New Zealand Post, Australia Post, Macao Post, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post, Philately Liechtenstein Post, Post of DPR Korea, Swiss Post, Luxemburg Post, Ukraine Post, Peru Post, Nordfrim(Denmark), IGPC International Postal Agency, Prinz Verlag GhbH(Germany), Globa Phila(Lithuania), Russia, appreciation of stamps of the Soviet Union, Cover Story(UK), Stanley Gibbons(Royal Mail, Isle of Man PO, Guernsey PO, Jersy Post Limited), Phila Post(Netherland), Fauna-stamps.com(Czech Republica).
There is only one stamp exhibition, topic is Red Memory about CCP performance and histroy.
Many collectors had one Philatelic Passport to collect vendor's cancellation. I think main incomming of vendors is from the cancel service, 10 RMB one stamp and one cancellation. On the booth of Cover Story, who provide UK and Germany cancellation service, even they prepared German ATM for the passport.

Nordic Booth
 Kind people from Faroe and Denmark Post

Well, back to ATM. Only Faroe Post have that to sell, issues from 2008 to 2012 in standard value. I bought one 2008 and 2012 strips, the price is more expensive than eBay or order from Faroe Post thru email. The list price is 37 RMB (4.62 Euro) for strip of 2008, 40 RMB (5 Euro) for strip of 2012. Supposed it is because it involve the currency exchange, tax payment, and travel cost.
The serial number of two strips are very close, only the last 3 digits are different. So I guess they are printed from the same batch for the fair, that means Faroe Post still kept some blank label of old issue for future event.

Inquired with Danmark, Swiss Post they dont' have also any ATM. By the way, 'Automatenmarken' is more understanding than 'Franking labels' on the booth.

Philapost found 5 Klussendorf labels on its box, I bought 2 minimum value of them, 26 RMB total. Both have number on backside.

Fauna-stamps.com found one strip of pip and cattle issue from UK, one set of duck from Aland. I bought one minimum value 0.75 Euro of Duck ATM in 10 RMB.

Above all are the ATM I see on the fair.

As we know the character is comma of face value from Nehterland ATM, whatever it is from machine Wincore-Nixdorf, aCon, or Gunnebo .
All the ATM machines were closed now. Before the close of machine Wincore-Nixdorf, machine number PK000006, PK000007, if user select Dutch on the screen operation, he can still get the normal ATM print. But if he select English, the character is 'Dot', not comma. Above ATM is from machine PK000007.
Because most of local user select Dutch to buy the ATM, so only few local users and foreigners can get the deviated ATM.

Netherland - Update programme for PK000002

Recently the programme of PK000002 was updated, had gave us several main changes:

1, multiple purchases was allowed in one transaction;

2, the position of value moved to more left than before, that means the gap get bigger between value and machine number. See above picture, left is old programme, right is the updated;

3, new function to get value of 'Bijfrankeren' directly. Since 2th Jan 2007, the domestic rate was changed from 0,39 to 0,44. For those peoples have stamps with value 0,39 euros, they can get 'additional value' 0,05 euro to match the new rate. Base on the receipt of new programme, you can see word 'Bijfrankeren'. Below receipt please check, left is old one, right is new.

Check the receipts, there are more deviation from last programme.

1, Program error, that make the number of Hemestede from 2101 to 2121. The new programme was still in test, not correction.

2, The word 'postkantoor' (means post office) was moved from center to top left, and the letter was smaller. This position change included other words, address, number, date, time, working time.

3, The gap of all characters was smaller than before.

4, Maybe above two changes made the Euro value of BTW did not align.

5, For the saturday, it did not use abbreviation Za, it imprint full text zaterdag.

6, For the date, it used year 07, not 2007.

7, Change the first letter of 'Ma t/m vr' from upper to lower.

For PK000001, it still used old programme. Maybe it will updated also after the new programme was approved by customers, of course it must correct the errors.

The pakcage label was updated also according to the new programme, see below.

1, It correct the machine number, remove one zero from six to five.

2, Remove text PK.
