Stamp Exhibition - Hong Kong'97

It is Hong Kong's 97 Stamp Exhibition during 12-16th Feb. 1997. The Rat ATM letter was posted on 27th Jan. 1997.
Value 1.30 of ATM is not default setting from machine.
