Taiwan RAM ATM - Again Again
End of last month I traveled to Taiwan for biz, and made some covers with local ATM. Basically I want to buy some black bear ATM, but failed like I experienced two years ago, most post office have the Formosa Deer ATM.
It is very interesting, I got the Ram ATM at Da'an post office in Taipei which I got the same issue 2 years ago at this place. I posted this letter at Taisu post office closed to TI office where I visited.

Postage Due Portugal
Macau rooster ATM cover with commemorative stamp (invalid stamp, because issued before Sep. 1, 1999, with Portuguese naming), so it is postage due letter.
Arriving post office charged insufficient postage and poste restante expense (Euro 0.80).

Macau rooster ATM covers were sent during the operation period, at GPO which is the only post office have VR letter service.

Spain returns
Paused 10 years, Spain return the groups which issue ATM in 2016. It have the same machines like GB, Canada.. used today.
