Green Letter

 France Post introduced one new tariff 'Green Letter' on Sep. 30th. The basic tariff is EUR 0.53 for domestic letter, it takes around 5 days to delivery letter. While priority letter cost EUR 0.56 taking around 3 days.

Garden Birds III

Royal Mail issued ATM 'Garden Birds III' on Sep. 16th. It is interesting to use the same postmark at first day issue, same with last ATM birds II.


Above FDCs comes from Philately Service of UK, so the fonts are different from vending machine.

Stampex 2011

Hytech came back again on Stampex Autumn, continue to trial its ATM machine during the event. This time, it printed addtional text 'Arnold Machin 1911-1999' on the label, and also used new machine number 94, 95.
Another action is it added new tariff 'Worldwide up to 40g'.

European Heritage



France issued ATM 'European Heritage Day' on Sep. 17th at AIX-EN-PROVENCE. It is second time to issue ATM at AIX-EN-PROVENCE.
This issue was installed on machine IER.

Deer



Taiwan issue DEER ATM for celebrating the stamp exhibition this month. The event is for commemorative of Republic of China 100th annv. 
For the first day of issue, there implemented 3 colors, Black, Pink and Green on Oct. 7th.

Ducks

Denmark issued new ATM on Sep. 10th, the topic is Ducks. There are 3 motifs.

Pink Monkey

The two monekys have the different color. Mint is rose red, while used one is pink. There is no record on Michel 2002, but not sure if is on later edition.
