JAP - over GFW

Couple of months ago I used email to post my article, and edit by Firefox through Tor. The picture is small by email, and speed is low by Tor. Tor is hack application to skip over Great Fire Wall. Tow days ago, I got know JAP is faster than Tor, and even IE can run on it. That is very good me to edit my blog again, like there is no firewall. Most of agent of JAP located on Germany, faster those in US. So, here appreciated the contribution of JAP to those surfer.

Ireland ATM

Ireland issued ATM on last year by machine Propostal 2000, same with UK. The issue day is 21th Aug. 2008.

All the 4 montifs are about water way in Ireland. The barcode is different way from other countries.

For example
        A203: A is issue year of 2008, so B is 2009, C is 2010. 203 means 203th day of year while printed. You can see the strip have the name B198, that means user get the label on 18th July(198th day of 2009), 2009.
        The second row number 0250001 is divided two part, 0250 response the post office(here is Philately Service at Dublin), 001 is machine ID at the office.

Sounds like there are 4 machines on circle now, 9801 was installed on GPO Dublin at the issue day. Not sure where the 9806 is.

At 0250(philately service), they did not change the printing day on label, so there is show A203 always.

There are two kind of phosphor on the label. Early the phosphor appears on the round of label, later only 3 short vertical strip appears, see the legend.

EQUIP'HOTEL/COLLECTIVITE

This is FDC, on 26th Sep. 1985, rose red printing on label.
Adv. cancel is for EQUIP'HOTEL/COLLECTIVITE, hold on 13--21th Oct that year.
I guess EQUIP'HOTEL is place to hold large exhibition.

Lotus Bridge 3 stars

Macau Lotus Bridge ATM, 3 stars before number, printed on edition issued at 2000. This issue is not available on public machine, only from desk. Post Office issue this because of insufficient postage stamps of 0.5$ value.

The 0.5$ value ATM has 2 stars from machine on public.

It start to sell this label at mid of 2006, and stopped on mid of 2009.
