Taiwan Rooster Year

On 23th Feb. 2017, Taiwan Post issued year of rooster ATM, implement black, red, and green print at that day.

 The green print is available at the Taidong Malan (east of Taiwan) Post Office only, machine number is 147.

 The red print is available from Taipei Beimen post office, two machine 100 and 106.

Germany letters ATM

Supposed the label dealer is same to old issue, look at the the SN on backside, absolutely same.

The new comer Isle of Man issued it first ATM on 15th Feb. 2017, the topic is Triskelion.
Above ATM is from philately service of IOM, have different font types to post office.

Belgium Fish

Belgium ATM include pink anemonefish and addis butterfly fish.
It is interesting the old currency ATM is still valid as postage.

Paris 2017 - Wind Mill

Paris 2017 - Spring Philately Salon, issued on 9th March, on both LISA and IER machines.

Looks like La Poste increased postage of International letter from Euro 1.25 to 1.30 . 

The motif presents wind mill and market.
