Red Cross 150 Annv.

1st Nov., Portugal Post (PTT) issued last ATM of this year, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of International Red Cross, Human Right branch.

The postage of international mail was increased to 0,80 Euro from 0,76 Euro lately.

Issued on Oct. 19th 2013.

Very interesting La Post implemented the common cancellation on the FDC on Oct. 21th. Theres only post code 21618, no post office name.

World Heritage Wall 2013

Rolls paper cutting shift deviation - Obviously the bottom one is wider than top one, around 1mm.

Visited Macau on July 6th for seeking snake ATM, but unfortunatey nothing left for me. Well I got some Wall 2013 ATM only. Then riding boat back to Shenzhen to presence my friend's wedding, to memorate the event here.

Here, the Macau Post update its cancellation for adding time on the postmark like other countries did today, not only the date on it.

Wall 2013

This is second time to re-print the ATM issue 'World Heritage - Wall of Macau'. It was issued on 7/22, and it is the only ATM available on all machines now.

Reviewing the old issue of Macau ATM, it re-printed Lotus Bridge on 2000, Energy Saving 2006, Wall of Macau on 2009. Not sure if the Post will re-print it again.

It will be better if re-print 'Snake'.

The only difference comparing old issue is the text on the bottom right. Here we can see '2013', not 2009.

The serial number of backside has total different from old issues. It used dual dots instead of single dot to print.

REZE 2013

Since 2012, there is word 'Philapost' on the bottom of image outline. All are black print. But this issue used BLUE, it is the only one which using color printing till today. Even the later issue on June 4th still using BLACK.
