The CHINA ATM cards were made by Zhao Company, posted on 23th March 2000, sending to Germany.

One card stuck value 4.20 Yuan ATM, another stuck 3.70 Yuan ATM and 0.50 Yuan stamp as additional postage.

France LISA2 update

France updated its programm on LISA2, the additional word was changed smaller than before.

In this case, it is 'PRIORITAIRE'.

The receipt did not change.

Tung Tree Flower

Taiwan issued the Tung Tree Flower ATM for the 21th Asian Int'l Stamp Exhibition. There are Red, Blue, and Black to print on the label.

It is also the first ATM named Taiwan Post, not Republic Of China.
